Yes, the program is designed to help people with little to no sales experience ramp up to KPI within 4-8 weeks.
As part of the program we set you up in our recruitment pipeline once you have finished the requirements in the training to interview with our rolodex of partners. We also teach you how to source your own inbound sales opportunities so you will always be able to find work in the industry.
No, training is self paced. And when you find a sales opportunity you can have a 1-3 week ramp up period where you slowly work more hours.
The training is at your own pace. You can go through it in as little as 2 weeks and up to 6-8 weeks depending on your situation.
We will work with you until you find work in the industry.
